    • Fry the falafel in batches until golden brown and crispy, about 3-4 minutes per side.
    • Drain on paper towels to remove excess oil.
  6. Serve:
    • Serve the falafel warm, wrapped in pita bread with fresh vegetables (tomatoes, cucumbers, lettuce) and drizzled with tahini sauce or yogurt sauce.
    • Falafel can also be served as part of a mezze platter with hummus, baba ganoush, and tabbouleh.
